Does it really not need rinsing?
Yes. Normal soap is made to be rinsed off. This isn't. The sheet lathers, the lather lifts the sweat and dirt, and your towel takes both away. Wash, towel dry, done.
How much water do I need?
A splash. Around 3 oz (a few mouthfuls from a drink bottle) is enough for a whole body. The water only wakes the soap up, so a bottle in the car, tent or hospital room does the job.
Can I wash my hair with it?
Yes, there's shampoo in every sheet. Short and mid-length hair washes fine. For long or thick hair, give your hair a fresh sheet of its own.
Will one sheet do my whole body?
One sheet is sized for a whole adult body (20 x 20 cm), and plenty of people find half is enough. If you're properly grubby or doing hair too, use a second. They cut easily with scissors or tear by hand.
Will I feel sticky afterwards?
Not if you towel dry while your skin is still damp. That's the step that carries the soap away. Skip it and you might feel a light film.
Is it OK for sensitive skin?

Can I use it with a cast or after surgery?
Yes, that's exactly the kind of week they're made for. Wash around the area, not over it, and follow what your doctor or nurse told you. Their instructions come first.
Can I use it on someone I'm caring for?
Yes. Warm the water if you can, wash one area at a time and keep the rest covered so they stay warm. Use a fresh piece for intimate areas and bin it straight after.
Why isn't mine foaming much?
Almost always hard water or not enough of it. Add a little more water, squeeze the sheet a few times, and use warm water if you have it. Thinner suds still clean.
Can I flush them?
No. Bin them after use, they're not designed for toilets.
