Where do I find my tracking number?
In the shipping confirmation email we send as soon as your order leaves us. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days
That's normal while a parcel is between carriers or crossing borders. It usually starts moving again within 3–5 business days. If it's been longer, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.
It says delivered but I can't find it
Check with neighbours, your building's mailroom or around your property first. Still missing after 48 hours? Email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
My order arrived damaged or wrong
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it.
